I had an Express Parcel Package that was to be delivered to my door step on Oct. 26. The parcel was sent to the wrong post office who in turn physically returned it to the mail man who brought in the express mail. It was scanned as missent on that date and it's status hasn't changed yet. Here it is Nov. 1. I called all the numbers and filed a complaint and Io still havent heard from anyone yet. The mail personal from my zip code and the one that my parcel went to have been very helpful. I am really upset, I paid for the package to arrive on time and yet the 1-800 customer service people are rude and just keep dismissing my concern for a package that is still sitting in the city of Atlanta allegedly for a week now. All I want is for someone to contact me and find my package! I spent over 500.00 for the items in this package. Will I ever receive it and or my money? I am so traumatized I will never use them to ship packages or receive them either, and I do all my business via mail.
