Today I get into work, my internet is down, and so are all my land lines. I tried to call norvergence on my cell and got a busy signal over and over. I got a call from one of the client management stating that they had a HUGE outage on a DS3, whatever that means and many customers were affected like me. The rep told me that they were going to be back up and running within a few hours and at 4pm today, everything was working again. I dont think this is a rip-off, i like their service, but I dont think i can afford any more of these "Outages". Hopefully they fix this for good.
