Ripoff Another victim Please help with info of Sarasoto attorney for help with breaking Lease Service has been cut off, Matrix box which is suppose to provived VOIP actually does nothing How did the FCC let this happen?

I began the process w/Norvergence began in Dec. 2003. I believed it was up and running by April. Then everything went wrong. Sprint PCS contacted me to say my cell phones would be cut off in 4 days. I also received a call from my previous provider (FDN) that Norvergence never filled paperwork to take over my lines.instead they simply had FDN send my phone bill to Norvergence in NY. Norvergence never Paid. It seems my service never really left FDN and there never really was Voice Over Internet Proticol. How did the FCC let this happen? No one wants bad credit, but this Lease situation is really a rotten deal.
