Norvergence has issues on so many levels it is hard to know where to start when talking about Norvergence.
Norvergence sells their "Rental" agreements to banks. While most state laws will void the contract when Norvergence does not preform (they are all ready starting a decline, just try calling their customer service line and see how long you hold) this still puts the burden on the business to sue the bank to get out the agreement. Remember, Norvergence is out of the picture on the rental agreement.
Don't buy the hype from Norvergence on the $10 or $15 per month cell phone. They are just taking total telecom usage, plugging them numbers into a proposal generator, assigning a low number for the cells and putting the remainder of your cell usage into the "Rental" of the Adtran box.
Norvergence is selling the T1 portion for $79. That includes access for the RBOC. Has anyone seen a T1 at these prices from a legit company? Norvergence lies to everyone. Employees, customers, Vendors.
When you hear the name Norvergence, run for the hills.
