Norvergence indicated all services were to be provided by them. Only after the matrix box was installed did we get paperwork from Pioneer Leasing stating that we should pay them for the equipment lease.
Norvergence made the first 3 months payments and they had done nothing to provide service. Then the bankruptcy proceedings started.
I have received letters from Pioneer stating we have to continue making payments on the leased equipment. I have refused.in my mind they were in colusion with Norvergence to scam us. Any attempts at collection should be made to Norvergence as Norvergence was acting as agent for Pioneer Leasing.
I am interested in any class action that might result.
