Walmart is matching prices but even though that it was said to me by a store manager the following is a policy. They do not implement it, with multiple purchases they continue doing it is basically stealing. Example:. If the product is listed in another store along with a couple or several others and it says up to the cost of 4.99 in the ad but in that list u see bread, peanut butter, box of crackers, chips. Buy one and get one free (all in that list it applies), an example you purchase the bread and they charge one bread for the cost they have it (Walmart) then 4.99 they subtract the cost of the bread and give me the other bread at the remaining balance. I say they should either know the price the other company for the product or not match it at all since the bread can easily cost them $2.00 and if the other is free then the total should be two dollars not 4.99 for both. They have not implement this even though it can be in their policy. I want to mention the manager helping the cashier when I complaint in reg of why this was being done told her that she was to follow the instruction I have explained on the top. Then after I called the store and ask to speak with the store manager to address the situation he was not there but another manager spoke to me.
