I thought I was at Panera BREAD, I thought that was the name of the place, I guess I was mistaken because I went to two separate Panera BREAD restaurants today to purchase their new Soup Bowl and what was I told..."Sorry, ma'am, we're out of BREAD." HUH? But isn't that the name of your restaurant? How extremely disappointing. Don't advertise something if you do have the product to supply! VERY disappointed.
