I have NEVER had such horrible customer service in my life.
My original order was 2 medium 2 topping pizzas and cheesy bread. When the order got to my house, I bit into the cheesy bread to find that it was so undercooked that it was literally dough with cheese melted on top. It almost appeared to not be cooked at all.
I IMMEDIATELY called and ordered a new one. They said it would be out "right away" and an hour later I called again. This time they said "someone left with your bread 30 mins ago it should be there soon". ANOTHER HOUR LATER I called again, STILL CALM and asked how long it would be. I was then informed that I was LIED TO and they had never even prepared my order of cheesy bread. They offered me my money back and said they would send someone out right away. ANOTHER HOUR LATER (A TOTAL OF 4 HOURS) The delivery boy finally showed up with my cheesy bread. I took the money, closed the door, and sat down to eat my... Bread sticks!!! They didn't even give me cheesy bread! They gave me regular bread sticks! Fuck dominos!
