I ordered a pair of shoes at an in store kiosk on 11/30. I received an e mail on 12/7 that they were "ready" to ship. It is now 12/14 and they have not arrived and are now scheduled to arrive on 12/17.17 days to get an order? That is unacceptable. If you advertise free shipping make it something that gets the customer an item in a week. I'll never use the free shipping option from a kiosk again. I'm very disappointed.
