Sunbeam Oster
Ripoff unfair parts replacement

I contacted Oster looking for a seal that I needed for my bread maker. I found a Repair company close to my location. I called them and they told me that I would have to buy the whole bread pan. Not believing them I contacted Oster Customer Service.

In contacting Oster Customer Service I was informed that the only replaceable parts on a bread machine was the whole bread pan the lid and a belt if the machine had one.

The cost for a new bread pan ranges from 22.00 to 38.00 the cost for a new seal should only be a couple of dollars. Sunbeam Oster has no care for the consumers they only care about the dollar. This is made evident by their part replacement policy.

This has caused me to not want to purchase another product made by Sunbeam or Oster.
