Citimortgage and associates have sent us numerous notices that "we owe" "we owe," but they do not have the minimum respect to answer our request for "a letter" explaining where we were late, if we were?! No, just a barrel full of computer generated mail and calls and e-mails to call, as we cannot even log in to our account??? They have so far ruined our credit and do not have any talk about adjusting our current interest rate of 6.5%?!?! They received their bailout money and are still on the dole for contributions from us!!!
