I canceled my Capital One card back in Feb. when spoke with a customer service person on the phone, saying that I wanted my card canceled. I asked if there was anything else I needed to submit at the time. The person said no, all was in order. Since then Capital One is still allowing companies to charge my account, which is supposed to be closed. I had this card for nearly 5 years, paid my debt to them and they refuse to close my account.
