Offered to provide a service to your business for a high fee implying you are currently "delinquent" and "noncompliant"

I received a letter on Saturday from this company implying that my business was NONCOMPLIANT and DELINQUENT with State Periodic Reporting requirements, and offering to assist for a fee of $225.initially I thought I had missed the state deadline for reporting and was even considering paying the fee but decided to telephone them. There was no number on the letter. I then went online and completed my Periodic Report for a fee of $10 and found out I had not missed the deadline of 30 April. The letter was still bothering me and upon reading the small print I finally realized that it was a solicitation and it stated you are under no obligation for make any payments on account of the offer. I am hard to catch out - this is a clever offer and whilst they do legitimately offer a service to file your Periodic Report for $225, it took me 5 minutes at a cost of $10 to do it myself.
