Colorado Corporate Control #20091054274 Sent my corporation a letter attempting to trick me into sending a check for $225.00 for an annual fee regarding my Periodic Report

My corporation received a letter regarding the Periodic Report for Directors and Shareholders. This letter contains language that makes you believe that the letter came from the Colorado Government. The letter threatens your business becoming delinquent if you do not pay the $225.00. I attempted to call the Colorado Corporate Control to ask what this is about. When I searched for the number online (because one is not provided) I came across usacomplaints.com and was in shock.
