This company sends and official looking document in an official looking envelope stating regurgitating the Colorado law for filing of an annual report for business owners

Today, April 3, I received an official looking letter in an official looking envelope from one Corporate Controllers Unit. The letter eludes to the need to send to them a check for $225 to avoid being "DELINQUENT" or "NONCOMPLIANT" with the state of Colorado for the required Annual Report. The required report can be filed in a matter of minutes online with the Colorado Secretary of State for only $10.
