No Consumer Policy

I have been a regular customer of ALDO shoes for over 10 years untio my last purchase. I purchased a pair of casual shoes and in less than six months the back (heel) or the shoe fell apart. Called the local store to inquire about the return options only to find out once the shoe is worn there is absolutely no return or exchange regardless of the day the shoe was purchased.
That was my last purchase of any item from the ALDO company. I will tell all my family and friends not to purchase any item from ALDO
