Document arrived 4/2 in an official looking envelope, though small print says "This is not a government document". Unless read carefully, document makes company owner/manager feel as though they need to forward $225.00 to what is a Virtual Office address within two weeks, or be "Noncompliant" and ultimately "Delinquent" with the Colorado Secretary of State.
The S.O.S. Charges $10 for the same filing online, and each company has a different anniversary or due date.
Small print at the bottom of the doc finally disclaims, "This product or service has not been approved or endorsed by any Government Agency and this offer is not being made by an agency of the Government. U.S.C. 39.6.3001 (d). This is a solicitation for the order of services, and not a bill, incoice or statement of account due. You are under no obligation to make any payments on account of this offer."
I sincerly hope nobody is scammed by this, and saves the $215 this "service" costs by simply logging into the Colorado Secretary of State's website and fililng their report.
