Noncompliant and Delinquent in capital letters

I received an official looking form for the Periodic Report, which sounded like the Annual Report that corporations file with the state on an annual basis.

These people wanted $225.00.

You have to read the fine print carefully to figure out that they're offering to "assist entities to avoid non compliance with the above provisions." The provisions are online filing of an annual report, which takes about 5 minutes to do.

Down at the bottom is a dislaimer "This product or service has not been approved or endorsed by any Government Agency and this offer is not being made by an agency of the Government." It also says "This is a solicitation for the order of services" and "You are under no obligation to make any payments on account of this offer."

But you really have to read this thing carefully, since it does look like a government notice.
