Group called "corporate controllers unit" sent out mailer titled "periodic report directors/shareholders colorado corporate control #20091543470". Another line stating that colorado corporations code requires periodic report. Letter went on to state that we needed to submit payment of $225 for an annual fee. Letter further stated that if the periodic report was not filed on or before due date, the entity status will become "noncompliant". If periodic report not filed by 2nd notice entity will become delinquent.
