Cingular Wirless has by far the worst cellular service there is. As a former employee, we were told if adjustment are legitimate or if a credit is due to make the credit. I have been told that now they are getting away from giving credits whether due or not due to the overwhelming number of customers leaving their company.
I have also been told by several current employee that their is a new rule in place, If the manager feels the credit on a customer's account was not valid or unworthy, that manager will credit the account and make the operator call the customer back and tell them it has been reversed even after the customer's account showed the credit. Also know as a former employee that the company's answer to questions will vary upon who you speak with.
If you call four different times, you will get four different answers. Operators are being trained and told one thing and once they go on the phone are being reprimanded for the same thing they were told during training. Their turnover rate for operators are very high. On the average I am being told that an operator may stay there 2-3 months. I urge customer to cancel and pay the cancellation fee, no matter what it cost and go to another company as well as anyone thinking of applying to the company to not do it.
