Cingular Wireless is the worst cell phone company to go with. Their charges are no bargain and just try to have a 5 minute conversation without the call being dropped. You'll be talking away but the call was disconnected a long time ago.
I phoned the Cingular customer service and the unfriendly operator told me that if I would look at my contract, I would realize that my contract states that dropped calls are going to happen now and again. I told her that I would understand a dropped call now and then but out of 7 calls made in one day at least 6 are dropped within the first 5 minutes!!!
Cingular Wireless wants me to pay $150 early termination fee. I find that funny that Cingular Wireless wants to charge me a fee when I cannot even use my cell phone without being cut off. They do not hold up their end of the bargain, why should I?
I think they should let me go without the fee!
The worst scenario was the other day I called my Grandmother on my cellular phone and she is extremely ill.in the middle of the conversation the call gets disconnected. When the phone cut off my grandmother was crying because she is termanilly ill and needed her grandaughter to comfort her.
Not only that, I make business calls on this phone and when it cuts off I look extremely unprofessional. I cannot use this phone for anything!!! Cingular Wireless needs to be shut down.
