Cashcheck and Never Recived Phone And refused to give back Cash

Went to The Store for A cell Phone Paid By check $195.97 Taken the Phone to moter home Set it up Could not hear of the Phone so i returned the Phone to the Store. The Sales person was runing all over the Store to other Sales people I left the store after 10 or 15 min for my grand child to go to the bath room Called a couple of days And told them to Send my Check Back to me On the 9th.

Three days after I found out thay Cashed Check On the 15 th I went back to the Store And And ask for Cash And they would not do that Would Send check to A address And I Said no That a Check is not legal tende
