Store Manager refused to allow phone return because the rebate label was mailed in already. When I purchased the phone with contract the employee never mentioned anything about not mailing in the rebate label until your two week return period has expired. He never mentioned anything at all about return polices.
Store true Verizon store in Waldorf, Maryland said that the store should allow return of the phone but since the phone was purchased at a "Retail Store" that Atlantic Wireless Retail store is not a true Verizon store and they set their own policies.
My suggestion to everyone... If you want to purchase a cell phone with Verizon, buy it from a "true" Verizon store and NOT from a Verizon "Retailer" store... Like Atlantic Wireless which are a rip-off.
