Verizon free phone store complaint review

I went to the verizon web site they had the intensity2 phone for free. I went to the local verizon store and told them about it the sales person said he would match it then he wanted to charge me $50.00 for a free phone. Verizon probably lost what could have been a mew customer.By the way my credit is good. Judy
