I had a bluetooth that I bought from Verizon Wireless. I returned the the phone to the store and asked if I could get a refund. The store said that the only way that they could do it, they would credit my debt card that I once had but no longer have. I called the company several times but got no where. The amount owed is less then $50.00. I thought this company was a upfront company but it was a mastake to trust a company like Verizon Wireless to be honest with it's customers.
