I ordered and paid for a wedding dress in May. I was told that it would take a few months for the gown to come in. I started checking with Tammy, store proprietor in mid-July.
She started telling me the company was having problems with shipping. My dress should be soming in another week or so. This went on for a month.
I went to the Rotterdam location after Labor Day to find that she had moved out of the Mall. Security/Customer Service at the Mall said she had moved to 20 Mall in Guilderland. I went out there and did not find the store.
I called the numbers she had given me. No answer. Her boyfriend called me to say that they would be opersting out of their home office due to the rapid move they had to make out of Rotterdam Square Mall. He was not sure of the status of my dress and said that he would have her call me that night.
I have not heard from him nor her since then. My wedding date was October 4th. Needless to say I was stuck spending another $400.00 plus dollars to get another dress at the last minute.
I would like to have the money returned for the first dress and be compensated for the second dress as well.
