I too called Supra to install a new land line - I thought I'd save money over BellSouth. After 4 weeks 5 phone calls I was fed up with the excuses their customer service reps kept coming up with. Nobody new anything about my order, yet I had received a bill for the 1st months service!
I had to insist/scream no less than a dozen times on my last call to the rep to disconnect my service - he was begging for another chance to keep my busniness - the same line I was given the day before by another.
Supra gives the word "inept" new meaning!!!
I'm all for a "choice" in phone companies, and no huge fan of BellSouth, but Bellsouth knows what they're doing, and they'll get it right the first time.
Save yourself time money and aggravation - don't call Supra!
