I have all three features, phone, cable and internet. Verizon billing does not match their TV ads. The cost is almost double. I have constant problems with the telephone lines and retrieving messages. Three days after my complaint, I was given a Saturday appointment to fix the static on my telephone line. After the tech is a no show, I call to find out the trouble ticket was closed because the tech came on Friday the day before my appointment between 4pm - 7:30pm. Not to mention I was home during that time. Another weekend wasted.
My previous cable company has picture in a picture capability where you can view multiple channels at the same time. Caller ID names comes accross the television screen when you get a call. No extra cost for telephone answering service feature, 3-way calling or 411... And the list goes on. Don't bother to leave you current cable company. They are most likely cheaper with better features. I plan on coming back to my old cable company before this contract with Verizon is up.
