As I have read I am a victim of Sears' lousy after sales service. Todays date is May 15. I bought a dryer back in January. It was defective from the start. No amount of phone calls has resulted in anything. No repair, no exchange, nothing. I get nothing but passed around from phone person to phone person with nothing ever happening.
I will not accept a repair or exchange at this time. I want my money back. I will never shop at Sears again.
