We recently bought a gas range for about $299. Oo after the warranty expired the igniter went bad. Called Sears Service to come to fix it and I was surprised they charged us $2oo. 00. My husband tried to call sears to dispute the charged but sears won't cooperate they said the the repair man that came, came all the way from Omaha and we live in Iowa. The charged was way too high for the parts esp. The amount that we paid for the gas range. We feel that we been "RIP OFF" by Sears We called the Sears Service again but the person hang up when my husband ask fo his supervisor " I am the only one here sorry this is the end of this discussion" then he hang up. He was really rude over the phone. He also said you should have bought a service ageement.

We will never have Sears Service come again "NEVER" Before this happen we bought a brand new washer and dryer from Sears.

They really appreciate their customer don't they???
