Sears customer service is Terrible. You can plan on at least 5 phone calls to get a repair appointment. I bought a Samsung washer and dryer for my mom May and repair has had to come out twice (the first time for a "slipped belt") I bought the same set for myself in Dec before my mom's set started acting up. THe washer and dryer and one thing. It's Sears customer service which is horrible. I spoke with Cameron, Mark, Arci and Val before I could finally get an appt scheduled and I bought warranties on everything. Rudeness and disconnecting people are common. I will never buy another high-end item from Sears again. WHAT HAPPENED TP SEARS? They were known for great customer service.
