I ordered a Christmas present for my husband on 11/30/08 from this company and paid through PayPal.
It was not received so i sent an email followup to [email protected] on 12/18/08.
I received a "canned" response from Susan Heller @ iKitchen.com later that day. I have followed up 3 times since with no response. I tried to call the phone # listed in the response email and there is no response.
I don't want anyone else to get ripped off by this company. I have never had this happen before.
