Dont buy from iKitchen.com. I purchased a pasta add-on for my Kitchenaid stand mixer from iKitchen.com. I paid over $100 dollars using a credit card and received nothing. I emailed iKitchen.com on multiple occasions with no reply. There are no phone numbers listed for iKitchen.com. Six months later, after multiple tries I received a reply from iKitchen.com. IKitchen.com told me they could not refund my money. IKitchen.com said I needed to wage a complaint with my credit card company. Unfortunately I had cancelled the credit card I used for the iKitchen.com purchase. IKitchen.com didnt care that I no longer had the credit card. A few items to note: I would have never purchased from iKitchen.com if I knew there were no contact numbers. Only a shady business has no contact numbers. I have since become very careful. I always check to see if there is a contact number and I use Paypal when I purchase from online stores.
