I ordered a Christmas present for my 73 year old mother on December 12th from iKitchen.com or Metro Market Sales, Inc and as of January 4th I have not received any follow-up emails or tracking numbers. I have forwarded numerous emails to customer service and attempted to call several times; however, the phone rings forever (at least 30 times) with no answer. Placed a dispute with PayPal, Inc. On December 23rd; however, iKitchen.com and Metro Market Sales, Inc have not responded. I have obviously been defrauded with no intention of returning my money, hence, I will be filing a report with IC3 as well as the New York Attorney Generals office and the local NYPD and I WILL PROSECUTE!!!
Be aware that they also have a sister website, MetroMarket.com.
This is FRAUD. WARNING! Do NOT buy from iKitchen or MetroMarket.com!!! They have NO customer service, will NOT respond to your emails, will NOT answer their phone, will NOT ship your item, AND will NOT refund your money!!!
Ikitchen must be shut down!
