On October 29,2008 I ordered a coffee urn from Metro Market Sales, Inc., I paid for the item using paypal.
After waiting a week for my item I sent an email to the email address provided stating that I had not received item. I actually got a response stating that if item did not ship within 30 days they would automatically send a refund. I told them to cancel my order, I never heard a response, nor have I almost 90 days later NOT received a refund.
I have tried unsuccessfuly to call (rings and rings and then states mailbox is full and cannot leave message). I have tried unsuccessfully several times to send more emails and they all come back as undeliverable.
This is definitely a scam / RIPOFF and I have no idea how to go about getting my money refunded.
