On-line order was placed in Jan for a kitchen knife set. I received a message from [email protected] that Paypal transaction was made to Metro Market Sales, Inc. For $103.30 and the funds were taken from my account. I followed up with inquiry about product shipment in Feb again in May and again in July.
Responses were that my order was on back-order. The last message from Susan Heller, "The Support Team" was forwarded to Michele Adams. Message from Michele Adams stated "Your order will remain on "Hold or Rejected" status until the order is shipped, " and again referred the the back-order. As of August 2, the order still has not been receiced.
