I purchased the notebook on March from the BestBuy also it smashed on April. The movie display got damaged/disorderly and did not work anymore. I delivered it back again to horsepower, through BestBuy since horsepower includes a 12 months guarantee onto it. While in-line at BestBuy to deliver it back, I then found out there have been 2 others waiting in-line to deliver their HP Notebooks (exactly the same design I'd) for that identical issue

HP delivered it back and declined to repair it simply because they stated the equipment was "dirty". Just how can "dirty" be considered a deal breaker?!!! I'd the notebook in an ordinary table setup, it did not get anymore dirty than other things around it. Stating they wont correct something since itis "filthy" provides them card-blanch to decline support on SOMETHING! Ostensibly their guarantees mean NOTHING!!! Do not purchase out of this organization - they create defective gear they WOn't support for almost any cause or no explanation whatsoever.
