I own an HP branded notebook Pavilion dv 9000 that will be still on guarantee (it had been 83 times left, from the day of my first-contact with horsepower support) the pc was purchased, from eBay online merchant from US, was authorized with horsepower and approved as guarantee genuine product, that was established by my first-contact with HP support, on Sunday March 9th around 6 pm Atlantic time. I invested about 2 hours, attempting to resolve a specialized issue happened to my computer that evening.
