I own an HP branded notebook Pavilion dv 9000 that will be still on guarantee (it had been 83 times left, from the day of my first-contact with horsepower support) the pc was purchased, from eBay online merchant from US, was authorized with horsepower and approved as guarantee genuine product, that was established by my first-contact with HP support, on Sunday March 9th 2008 around 6 pm Atlantic time. I invested about 2 hours, attempting to resolve a specialized issue happened to my computer that evening. After performing each one of these actions needed from the assistance individual, I had been informed that my pc includes a main motherboard issue (I've to say the pc wasn’t abused or actually injured), that has to become set, within the horsepower support center plus they likely to deliver me a for my pc to become delivered towards the closest HP service-center. The individual completed all required types but at the conclusion of the procedure, he explained that their program can't take my Canadian tackle, and that I have 2 choices or even to offer an address in US (that we don’t have) or even to affect among the nearby shop like STAPLES, as it’s related to horsepower, where I’ll be billed for repairing my notebook.
