This comapany has horrible tactics, They buy your home, charge astronomical rent, than try to evict you.
They lie on the summons stating they never agreed to sell your home back to you and never even acquired the property.
You are stripped of your equity and left with no money because they charge such large rents any moneies received at closing are all used to pay the rent.
Finally reality begins to set in they never had any intentions of selling your home back
This is very sad but very true this company thinks nothing of doing this.
Will justice be served? Or will this company and others like it continue to
take away homes?
