The 800-531-5000 number and several other suggested numbers disconnect the call after confirming the phone number. I went through the new service, and they don’t want anything to do with helping after the sale. I finally reached an agent after going to other departments. Four hours later, I still don’t have an answer to my issue. Each person I spoke with was obviously referencing a manual and did not know what they were doing. I was told several different solutions, none of which worked.

I then spent 1 hour on the phone with an agent to help me use the microphone function on the remote. The first person was obviously reading a manual and couldn’t help me. Next, a supervisor had me reboot this and try that, only to discover that the customer has to sign into their Google account, effectively making my TV into a computer to use the mic feature. I don’t want Google involved with my TV. I didn’t have to do this with my previous service with Cox.

I am so mad I switched from Cox. No amount of savings is worth this frustration. It was the worst decision I have made in a long time.

I am appalled that this company is still functioning. You ruined my day.
