I bought a Portal notebook at Bestbuy. After 11 weeks it failed and that I got it to Bestbuy for support. Because they were also busy to deal with almost all their support clients, they explained to test re installing Windows Vista. This worked in the beginning, however the Entrance extended to crash. After I introduced it back again to Bestbuy they declined to recognize the guarantee since it was 12 months and 2 TIMES aged. Gateway declined to increase the guarantee or assist in any means. Bestbuy IS ONLY GOING TO support your PC should you purchase a BESTBUY guarantee, and Entrance might care less should you purchase again since they're about the brink of Bankruptcy I Have been informed. Cope with a trustworthy organization, not BESTBUY or ENTRANCE.
