This company isn't what they advertise. Faulty equipement, don't send return labels until they charge for it, donh't receive programming as advertise. No statement sent but debited account, twice for services i did not get. Charged for instullation when free, charged full price when discounted, no credits issued when i had no picture fore 2 weeks, no speed on weekend. They owe me $360.88
