Directv told me to cut my trees to get a clear picture. I was a customer twice. I was stupid to try to give them a second chance to provide service, but the second time Directv added a cancellatioon fee. I submitted a complaint to BBB. I mailed a letter from Clark Howard-DirecTV racks up the consumer complaints and a letter from complaint - Directv deceitful, over 20,000 BBB complaints in the past 36 months Directv did not try to ask me about the complaint, but turn my account over to a collection company. I put a complaint with the Federal Trade Com. Tell other readers to do the same.
