Back on June 10th I ordered my son a pair of shoes from freestyle shop.com on line and was charged on my debit card on june 12th. They told us we would receive them in 1 to 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by and nothing so I called and they told me that the shoes were on back order, which I felt they should of notified me by email but never did. They said the shoes should be shipped out in 5 days which guess what they never showed!!! So I have been calling everyday and get a recording to leave a message or to email them in regards to order status which they never ever answer their phones and you cant leave a message it says mailbox is full. I am very frustrated and feel very bad for my son for he has saved up his money to purchase these shoes and has lost it! I'm determined to get his money back for him! This company are idiots! And why would yahoo highly recommend this company what's up with that? This is unbelievable! With all the rip off reports on them I cant believe there still getting away with this, this is just terrible!
