Just had a remodel and even raised the rent. They don't have time for complaints, assisted living residents wait up to 35min before getting help shotage of staff, and as a result of operating as a semi nursing home

I am a fellow employee of Brookdale. Just to let you know a little about our management team, They have never, never been right on top of things.

They don't have time for complaints from staff, or suggestions to help resolve problems. I don't see management on the floor talking to residents or staff to see how things are running.in fact some of our management, as you would put it just fell into their jobs, walked right in with no degrees or collage. As for the building its not a bad place to live if you are independent.

As for assisted living part the residents may wait up to 35min before getting help, because of shotage of staff, and as a result of operating as a semi nursing home. I understand that is their home and alot would like to die here, but it show's that running the bulilding this way results in others not receiving proper care.
