Nurse Diagnosing Staff with ADD disorders, Dangerous Multiple Medication Errors, Residents with broken bones left to suffer 6-8hours untill next shift comes aboard, Residents leaving alarmed faucility

Residents who are living at Sunrise of Monterey, California are continuelly put at dangerous risks. Multiple medication errors bynursing staff; Not recording neworders correctly, not holding medications appropriately. Not discontinuing medications correctly. Many Residents are eitherover dosed or under dosed. Medication errorsare conviently covered up, toallow the state agenciesno notice. They havehad Residents who have fallen on one shift, not throughly checked out by staff, leftto suffer with broken bones, untill the next shiftarrives. This is sometimes as long as 6-8 hours residents are left to suffer.

Residents who havehad changes in their health status, such as ; fever, high blood pressure readings, slurred speech, dizziness, altered level of conciciousness. These changes that were logged by caremanagers and medicationmanagers andreported by these staff members to Nursing staff. Were ignored by Nursing staff and have led to one dealth that I have knowledge about. Mrs Arlene Webster. Who died from untreated Anommonnia. There are other numerous violations that the local omsbudman and the state agencies are aweare of. When will these residents be safe? Their safety is definetly at risk. Not a safe place for any family members.
