On 10/25, i called dishnetwork to cancel my service, the person got rude and told me it will cost me $52 dollars for early termination and that i would have to send the equipment back, as of 12/07, they have not canceled my service and are still sending me bills as if i still have their service.
I have sent them messages back with their bills with no response. I am still waiting on the address to send their equipment as i was told, i am still waiting on my final bill that reflects the 10/25 termination date that told them to end my service.
