I switched from dish network to DirecTV Because the sales center said they could do the same thing with the same type of equipment that I had at dish network for a better price and more channels it sounded really appealing I made sure that I was very descriptive as to what I needed the equipment to do they assured me that it would work just fine. The installer arrived for and a half hours late and did not finish the installation correctly and left The equipment installed is not what I thought I was getting then when I called the company I was on the phone for three hours and talk to nine people. They would switch me from person to person to person and the first said they understood what I wanted to do and they just needed to get me the right equipment and by time I got to the final guy he proceeded to tell me that I needed to purchase the appointment I told him know if that was the case just cancel my service I should not have been on the phone for three hours trying to straighten this out. He was rude and then told me I would have to pay an early termination fee and did not care if he lost me as a customer. They have not tried to contact me to try to save my business and my service is going to be disconnected next Friday. I have been lying to several times and when the final gentleman that was so rude lied to me and told me something different than the other eight people dead I questioned him on it and I now believe that this company has no one that works for them that knows what their product really does. AVOID AVOID AVOID avoid this company at all cost.
