One Step Lien Search, Inc. Promises 1-3 business days turnarounds on all their lien searches they only do that on your first three request after that they take 10-15 business days and when you call for status noone gets the phone.
I have experience a lot of inaccuracy on their lien searches mostly on the code violation seccion, the company gets a lot of verbals instead of written letters from the City/County.
I have wrked for three different title companies in southern florida and they all have had problems with this lien search company. Title companies and Real-Estate attorneys stay away from One Step Lien.
