West Corporation took all my information including my drivers license, my social security number. They then said they hired me. I replied to their email asking what the pay rate is with no answer whatsoever. I emailed their human resources and payroll department in excess of 5 times each. They refused to reply.
If a company is irresponsible to the point where they will not reveal their pay rate before you give notice to your present employer, then they need not be in business!
I recieve email after email asking me to start training and still they refuse to tell me payrate. What kind of BS is that? I see why they beg for workers. I work for a great at home company. I get paid by the minute whether I am on a call or not. They are up front and very honest. I know what is going on at all times.
